[Hayate knew that something was wrong the moment he woke up on some sort of wood flooring, feeling incredibly groggy. He figured he may have just overslept (past his usual one to three hours a night) and somehow fallen off of his bed. Even that is pretty peculiar though. Now isn't the time to lay around and ponder about it though; he needs to go make breakfast! If he really did oversleep this much, then Nagi and all of the others in the Violet mansion must already be up and... no, no this is not good. Hayate feels so irresponsible right now ugh. Once he pushes himself up and onto his feet, he suddenly feels a bunch of hanging fabric surrounding him. Clothes, maybe? Regardless of what they are though, this is still really confusing and just as weird. It's when he moves his a arms around to feel his surroundings that he discovers where exactly he is.

How the hell did he manage to get inside of a closet?

Well. Again, no time for pondering! Except closets and wardrobes obviously aren't meant to open from the inside, which poses a bit of a problem.

...Which is why Mikado and Aoba just may hear a large crashing sound from one of their bedrooms.]

[Anyone walking around in community building 7, the plaza, or possibly anywhere else in the village may come across a walking box. Inside this walking box is the feminine-looking Hayate, wearing the girls' new feather dress, no less. Absolutely no one must see him in a dress, nope...

It's rather hard to see where he's going (even with a small opening in the box), so he just may get lost on his way to the clothing store and end up anywhere around the village..! Or he may bump into you. Which, in that case, one may hear shouting from inside of the mysterious box-]

[Bet Hayate didn't expect to run his little box into the legs of a robot. A robot who refuses to take this sort of nonsense from a box of all things.

[This box was defying him and wronging him on purpose. This is the only explanation for what is happening right now, and like hell Robo-Ky would allow this to continue. Time to turn his legs into a rocket-powered horse to chase even better.]

YOU CAN NOT ESCAPE FROM ME! I AM VASTLY SUPERIOR, BZZZT!

[WHAT THE HELL IS THAT. Wow that is cheating, Robo-Ky. While Hayate may be able to run incredibly fast normally, he's crawling under a box. Big difference. So not only is he slower, but he's also not quite as balanced on his feet as he should be.

Which is why while he's RUNNING THE HELL AWAY, he trips over his arm and tumbles outside of the box.]

[Robo-Ky skids his flying horse feet to a stop, reverting to his normal feet as soon as he reaches the one box pile-up that just occurred. And he is going to try stomping on that damn box in revenge. He doesn't even notice Hayate.]

Hayate will take this moment to his advantage by getting up and starting to walk away.]

[He stops in his box killing rampage to pick up movement outside of his peripheral, and moves his head to face as such. Who is that?]

[...crap. Hayate pauses for a moment but then realizes that there may be a very slight chance that Robo-Ky is actually talking to someone else.

...So he continues walking slowly.]

DO YOU WANT TO SUBMIT TO THIS BOX'S FATE, GIRL!?

[...wow wow is that how you treat girls, Robo-Ky... But whatever! Clearly he really is talking to Hayate, so he lets out an exasperated sigh and turns around.

To use a feminine voice or not... okay, no. it went over terribly last time he did that, and above all else, this is a robot.]

N-no, I'd rather not. I'm sorry for not acknowledging you before; I thought you may have been talking to someone else!

[If Robo-Ky's eyes could narrow... wait, they just did.] THEN LEARN TO USE YOUR DEFECTIVE BRAIN! DID YOU GET EATEN BY THIS BOX?
